April 2, 2008. Daniel Coakley is swimming this weekend in the OHIO grand prix at the Univ of Ohio. He is ranked #7 in the 50m free and will go up against Fred Bousquet, Neil Walker, Gary Hall, Ian Crocker and George Bovel. He has just come off of heavy weight lifting and should be getting some good experience racing with guys. |

Daniel Coakley will be swimming at Missouri Grand Prix meet. He will be competing in the 50m free, 100m free and 100m breast. His best shot is in the 50m free as he is ranked 18th but it's a star studded field of whose who in swimming. Gary Hall, Roland Shoeman, Ceasar Cielo, Neil Walker, Simon Burnett, and so many others. |

MANILA, Philippines -- Christel Simms, the Filipino-American who has qualified for the Beijing Olympics..The Philippines already has a male sprinter, Daniel Coakley, the Southeast Asian Games record holder in the 50m (22.8 seconds).
